简介
建筑管理大专的毕业生将由始致终的参与整个建筑工程的企画案并给予管理上与技术上的专业意见。参与的项目包括工程预算案，策划，质量管理，管理，安全与专业上的实践。
就业前景
毕业生可以直接的投入工作，在各个工作领域中担任不同的工作角色。相关的就业机会包括建筑工程监督人，工程主管，工程合约管理人员，助理建筑工程经理，建筑工程经理或者是建设销售主管。
此大专课程与学士课程有着密切关联的关系，因此毕业生也有资格通过本身已选修或完成的个别科目在学士课程申请学科免修。
入学资格
SPM至少考获3科优等（包括数学）并且在任何一科理科科目中考获及格 或 其他同等资格。
